You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms. Backed with €3M in seed funding, we’re now scaling a team of engineers and thinkers who want to solve real problems, drive innovation, and create lasting change in the legal sector.

The role

As a Product Manager at Zeno, you’ll work closely with users and engineers to turn complex legal workflows into simple, intuitive, AI-powered experiences.

You’ll own the product development process end-to-end: discovering user needs, shaping product strategy, defining scope, and driving execution. You won’t just manage backlogs — you’ll shape the product direction from the ground up.

This is a high-autonomy role where clarity, curiosity, and speed matter more than rigid process.

What you’ll be working on

• Speak with users every week to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
• Translate complex workflows into simple product flows, clear user journeys, and small, testable iterations.
• Work closely with engineers to rapidly prototype, validate, and ship product improvements.
• Prioritize based on impact, not process — progress over perfection.
• Shape product strategy and roadmap based on user insights, data, and market understanding.
• Ensure the product remains trustworthy, transparent, and aligned with how legal professionals actually reason.

What we’re looking for

• Deeply customer-focused — you genuinely enjoy speaking with users and learning from them.
• Biased toward action and clarity — you simplify, you ship, you learn.
• Experienced building 0→1 products in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in early-stage environments with significant ownership and ambiguity.
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS, AI products, or workflow-heavy products is a strong plus. (Legal experience is not required.)
