The role
As GTM professional at Zeno, you’ll own the strategies, systems, and processes that bring our product to market and enable our team to scale. You’ll design and implement scalable go-to-market foundations while working closely with the founders during this critical transition from startup to scale-up phase. This role is hands-on, market-focused, and central to shaping how our product reaches and resonates with customers.
You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how legal professionals work with AI technology, building the commercial foundation for our scale-up phase. You’ll collaborate with leadership across product, engineering, research, and operations to build the structures that support positioning, messaging, partnerships, and distribution. Your work will ensure that Zeno not only builds an exceptional product but also establishes lasting impact in the market we serve.
What you’ll work on
- Drive GTM strategy and growth by shaping how lawyers engage with Zeno’s products, building the commercial foundation for our scale-up phase, and expanding our presence across Dutch and European markets.
- Lead strategic sales and market development within defined geographies where we have strong product-market fit, while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Own the full sales cycle from initiation to close, managing complex enterprise deals with leading corporates and law firms, and building business cases for AI adoption in legal workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to align the platform with client needs, while channeling customer insights to influence product development and strategy.
- Build senior client relationships with General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, Managing Partners, and other executives, positioning Zeno as their trusted AI transformation partner.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos, translating complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes to drive engagement and adoption.
- Refine and scale sales processes, contributing to playbook development, documenting best practices, and enabling future team members to execute effectively.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in B2B sales, GTM strategy, or a comparable role in a top consultancy, prestigious law firm, or leading organization, with exposure to complex sales cycles and sophisticated buyer dynamics.
- Legal industry expertise strongly preferred, including experience in law firms, legal departments, legal technology, or consulting, with understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and sector-specific challenges.
- Enterprise sales success in B2B SaaS or technology solutions, managing multi-stakeholder deals with 6+ month cycles, complex procurement, and consistent quota achievement in competitive markets
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a big plus, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to C-level executives, lead product demos, and influence diverse stakeholder groups; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer needs, while developing territory plans and providing data-driven insights to leadership.
- Demonstrate a founder-like mindset, tackling obstacles with initiative and creating scalable systems for growth.
